APARTMENT REVIEWS IN San Antonio

This place is gorgeous! I'm in the process of getting an apartment here, and I can't wait to move in. The community is on a quiet road, yet close to amenities and convenient to the freeway. It's a larger complex with three stories, but it was quiet and clean, and they have great rental rates with add-ons like storage units and garage parking.

After reading some of these reviews, I'm saddened! I will be relocating back to San Antonio at the end of the summer (August 2024)! When I lived in San Antonio a few years back, I lived at Hill Country Villas. And it was the most relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The staff they had at the time were top-notch, top-tier amazing ladies. HCV was truly a paradise at that time. I started off in a one bedroom, About 4 months after I moved in, one of my really good friends was being stationed at Lackland as well. We decided to be roommates. We both worked at WHMC and we were best friends. The HCV staff allowed me to transfer my 15 month lease over to secure the 3 bedroom townhouse! Every month the leasing office would have an event for residents, whether it was a dinner or a kick back, A barbecue, taco night, etc, we were always treated very well. But after Reading these reviews I have to second guess going back there... That's saddens me.

Great neighborhood, great location, and I’ll give it my own personal walk score of 10/10 because I love to run around the block. Nice and peaceful. Most of all the staff here is where it matters most. It’s always the people, not the place. The manager Ayofini is very kind and hardworking, and a pleasure to be around. I can tell the maintenance crew does their due diligence and are hard workers to say the least!

One of the most well kept apartment complexes I’ve seen with the affordability. All of the associates were extremely nice. Jasmin was welcoming and informative. I feel like I know everything there is to know about the apartment complex and the surrounding area. Thank you.

The apartments are beautiful and I received the best service from Chauveye DeMore that I have ever had when looking for an apartment. She was very nice and explained everything and was able to show me a unit that was available. I would definitely recommend the apartments.

Can’t say enough about the new management and Shay! Shay is awesome!

Thank God for this new management. Shay is the absolute best!! Every company needs a Shay!
